I want folks to know that our actions moving forward not our past define who we are. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, struggling with low self-esteem, or finding it hard to manage overwhelming emotions, taking action is the first step to get help.A bit about me: I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and have spent seven years as a high school counselor, working closely with both adults and teens. My personal experiences as a parent and spouse further shape my understanding of the complex dynamics that impact your mental health. I believe in each person’s innate ability to heal, and I'm here to support you on that journey. My office offers a comfortable, welcoming setting with evening and Sunday appointments available to accommodate your schedule. At your first visit, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and clarifying what you hope to achieve from therapy.
